Join us for our 12th annual dog walk & festival featuring Doggy Olympiad games, a 1-Mile Dog Walk, "Do You Look Like Your Dog?" and other contests, spa time for canines and people, art and craft activities for kids and dogs, and the Pet Festival with booths hosted by community groups and pet supply companies.
REGISTER TODAY! Advance registration is $25 per dog. Register online (click on the Register Here button above) or print a Registration Form and return it by mail or fax. Advance registration closes Thursday, July 30 at 5pm! You may still register on the day of the event - $30 per dog. Each participant will receive a t-shirt and goodie bag on the day of the event. In addition, special prizes will be given to the top pledge earners.
COLLECT PLEDGES. This year our goal is to raise $50,000 from Bay to Barkers in order to help the homeless animals in our shelter. Please help us reach our goal by collecting pledges from colleagues, friends and family to sponsor you in the dog walk. You can win the grand prize by collecting the most pledges! We encourage you to create your own webpage on this website to post your goal, pictures of your dog and track your pledges. Online pledging will close Thursday, July 30 at 5pm. LEAD DOG CONTEST. Enter your dog in the Lead Dog Contest! The winner will be announced on the morning of Friday, July 31 on 95.7 The Wolf and will be crowned onstage at Bay to Barkers on August 2. The winning dog will also be featured on all 2010 promotional materials for Bay to Barkers including T-shirts and advertisements, as well as the BEBHS website and the cover of our newsletter. There is a $20 fee to enter the contest. For this year's contest ask your friends and family to "vote" for your dog with their donations.
